After the app glitched and charged me for a non-existent order, I called the store. The manager was utterly unhelpful and unprofessional. She claimed the order didn't exist, insisted she was powerless to help, and then sarcastically told me to call headquarters. When I persisted, she promised a regional manager would call me immediately and then hung up on me. No one ever called. This establishment not only has a faulty online system but also management that seems to have no regard for customer satisfaction. I'm now out money and have been treated with shocking disrespect. I will no longer be a customer. Steer clear of this location if you expect to be treated with a shred of decency.
