The drive thru employee making a customer honk at us to get our attention because the door is locked and she doesn’t want to walk our food out. Defeats the purpose of curbside. Then proceeds to hand me the drinks and starts a conversation with someone and doesn’t hand me my bag of food. I had to basically yank it out of her hands. Then get home to realize she gave us all meals and half of the bacon quarter pounder meal. Gave the fry’s and forgot the burger. Definitely takes the cake with how bad your service is. Will be getting food elsewhere and letting all my neighbors know in Chelsea park how terrible yall are. Do better.

After looking at the receipt, I realized that tacked on an extra 20 cents for a larger drink. I did not order or even ask for for a larger drink. I was not asked about a larger drink. It was just done. I did not say anything. Fine I get a larger drink. When they give you the meal. A standard small drink came with it. Now I can say something and look petty over 20 cents or let it go. How many people never even notice? And most say well it don't matter it's only 20 cents. But if the establishment does this all day long on how many meals and orders, it will add up quickly. It's all pure overcharge at the customer's expense.
