After looking at the receipt, I realized that tacked on an extra 20 cents for a larger drink. I did not order or even ask for for a larger drink. I was not asked about a larger drink. It was just done. I did not say anything. Fine I get a larger drink. When they give you the meal. A standard small drink came with it. Now I can say something and look petty over 20 cents or let it go. How many people never even notice? And most say well it don't matter it's only 20 cents. But if the establishment does this all day long on how many meals and orders, it will add up quickly. It's all pure overcharge at the customer's expense.

I ordered and extra small fry and drink that they failed to give the extra cup and small fry and had the dude go back without washing hands and make a small fry. Just really upset with the service all around.

Once in a while my hashbrowns will be burned but that’s forgivable in a place that does such high volume. Only issue is I can’t hear people through the drive-through speaker. They’re asking about some digital app something or other and I have no idea what that is. They kind of mumble that.
