We got to the curbside parking area early, probably close to 6:30. I checked in and an employee came out to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on the chicken. I was okay with that since we were early. We sat in the parking lot until 7 pm. Finally I called and I heard a female in the background say “I’m so sorry!” several times after I asked about my order. It came out a minute later. They said the chicken “just came out”, but either way I think they forgot about my order. Fried chicken doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook. They weren’t that busy. The chicken was good, though. The mashed potatoes came with white gravy, but the picture online showed brown. The fries were insanely salty. Biscuits were hot and fresh. Not sure we’ll be back though because it would have been more convenient to go into Publix and get fried chicken there. Cheaper, too!
