First time I just thought they were just figuring it out and didn't ask for my money back. This time I've learned my lesson. Sorry but it's a trip to scooters or star bucks. If I go to Chelsea.

- HMHollany MaddoxDec 11, 20252.0I usually have a great experience at Seven Brew, but today was frustrating. Even though no one else was in line, I was rushed and talked over. I ordered the first two drinks without problems. When I asked about trying a new drink, the employee—who was kinda tall with blonde-ish hair and also the one who gave me my drinks—was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping me. He never asked if I wanted to use my free drink, which I knew I had. Then he handed me all three drinks without a cupholder, and I spilled some trying to get them in my car. He even tried to force the straws into my hand while I was struggling to put the drinks down and left quickly without offering help. It was a disappointing visit.

Please don’t let kids pick the music station. I almost drove off. Let me know when you pick a standard music station so I can come back. Staff was very nice.
