- BBBina BinaApr 11, 20261.0We recently visited 7 Brew and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The first staff member who took our order got it wrong—we clearly ordered iced coffee, but it was entered as hot. Additionally, the service from the next staff member was not attentive. He did not offer a straw, and when we asked for one, we were given a straw that was too short for the cup. We hope the team can improve order accuracy and customer service, as these small details make a big difference.
