  I live 10 minutes away. I order online, drive there and have to pull around to the front consistently to wait on my food worst Taco Bell/ newest I’ve been to

  Ordered food and the had to pull around the front to wait forever for my food to come out, only to have two items wrong, missing two items and no straws. Went in to get my order corrected and after waiting another 10 minutes I finally get my food and the two items are still wrong and one item still missing and I try to tell the employee that it was wrong again but she decided to ignore me instead. So I had to go somewhere else so my son could get something to eat that didn't have cheese on it. Two soft tacos (meat only) how hard could it be?

  terrible food terrible service and terrible customer service they defintely needs new cashiers and new everything waited 10 minutes to get our food then it was garbage everybody in there was just standing around talking when i went and ask what was taking so long she said they were still working on it when i could clearly see they were all just talking and we were the only ones in the whole building so there was no reason for it

  So happy a Taco Bell is in Centreville AL. Eight minutes away from where I live is a plus. No longer have to get Taco Bell in Tuscaloosa. Went there last night 3/14/2024. Nice restaurant and don’t mind the self serve kiosks they have either. I actually prefer them over having to talk to an employee and have them take my order. Great food, fast service and they got my order correct! Only real issues with this location is they are understaffed and run out of having correct containers and bags for food. Whoever does the ordering for supplies drops the ball!
