  Rude staff, gave me the wrong food. Told me to pull around but they are so backed up there is no parking. Then I get attitude for not being close enough parked to the building.

  I sent my children the night before to get us something to eat.I spent over sixty dollars, when they brought me my phone, the 3 tacos that I had the meat smell spoiled.So I didn't eat my food , i kept it so I can return it the next day. When I walked in, I asked, could I speak to a manager, the boy that walked up to the counter, said that they did not have a manager at that store.So I can speak to the manager or someone that's on duty as manager.He said they didn't have anyone. So a young lady came to the counter, and I told her that my kids purchased food. I gave them the 3 tacos back. I gave them the receipt from the other night. And the boy and another girl that was behind the counter, told her, you know, we're not supposed to take back food, I said, I got the food you can smell the meat. I just want the food to be remade. I wasn't asking for no money , just for fresh food. And the little boy that was behind the counter kept saying we don't have to give you anything.So I asked to speak to their supervisor and he continued to be smart about the situation , so the lady that was standing in front of me , said , I'll make your food. She made my food, I go outside.Get in my car.The young boy that was at the register comes back outside.Still running his mouth, that store is unprofessional.That boy , that was on shift that day , niece , to be fired because I didn't ask to speak to him since he acted as if he couldn't help me and the fact that they did not have a manager on duty is crazy. I actually end up calling another taco bell in terrance and spoke to that manager that night and he said , if that was him and that was his store , he would have remade my food. Advise you if you don't want the long wait and rude employees.I would not go to this place at all. Side note, I ended up calling another store and talking to a manager that was on duty.She took my information down and never call back.

  Honestly, it's tiring to put it the an online order and it's still not right. This is the second it's happened. I know its just taco bell. But when you pay for an order and you type it in and do half the job. I expect it to be right. Place needs either better leader ship or people who are supported or people who care. At the end of the day something needs to change.

  Today I went to get a party pack half soft and half crunchy and upon returning home my granddaughter found a cockroach in one of her crunchy tacos. We went back to the store only to be told that they don’t have roaches. Then we asked for a manager who was very rude said we couldn’t get a refund because she made the food. Then we asked for corporate number and we were told that they had contacted the manager who had just left. Then we asked for corporate number and and was told to google it. Then finally after asking again to speak to the manager we were told that she was busy and to google the number for corporate and finally we asked her to call the manager who had just left only to be told that person left at 5:30. Afterwards the manager said that she would give us a refund but when we asked for the store manager she said that they would not come back to the store so we left with a refund and not a resolution. Please check your food before you leave so you won’t be accused of putting anything in your own food. I will never come to Taco Bell again

  None of them are happy campers about working here🤣 literally every time I go it’s someone new with a new crappy attitude! Just mad at the world & it sucks, bc I love Taco Bell & I’ll rather go to the one furthest from me than this one which is only 3 mins away from home!!!
