The gentleman I spoke with said that he had tried to call me but it went to voicemail and that he had to cancel my order due to an error with the menu. I checked my phone and my voicemail, there was nothing there, I'm not saying he or someone didn't try to call but there was nothing in my voicemails and I've not experienced any problems with someone trying to call or leave a voice message either. We generally have good service from this store and have had only one other issue in the past with a driver going to the wrong house, which was immediately corrected.

No accuracy of timing when it comes to giving a time frame to which items will be done. Almost every pizza location I visit, I encounter this same issue. Customer service is horrible
