  Not sure if this location was suffering from being extremely understaffed and unable to meet spring break travel demands or if something else. We walked in the door and were greeted with the manager full on screaming that they were closed on the inside and to get out. Then another employee commented "I don't understand why yall come here." Then saying that wendys was closer to the highway. We got into the car line instead and waited 15 minutes to be greeted at the intercom.

  The shittiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too !! Did an online order for the front , only to realize the doors were locked . Had to get in the drive thru line and fries were old and cold , wouldn’t let me change it to mobile . Super shitty !

  I came up to let my toddler grandson play in the play area. Two kiosks were closed and the other 2 had several customers. I asked the employee behind the counter if she could take my order at the register. She said to give her a few minutes and she would. And it wasn’t busy inside. 10 minutes later she said she couldn’t take my order at the register. I did use the kiosk but it never gave a total for my order so I could pay. So, we will eat elsewhere. The kiosks nor the employee were efficient.

  After waiting several minutes at the drive through kiosk I decided to just go in. I waited at the counter a couple minutes before an employee asked me if I was with Door Dash. Finally I got my order in. I tried getting a fountain drink but they were all just soda water. I got my food, pictures can't show how dry and stale my fish sandwichs were.

  I usually don’t post reviews due to the fact I understand some times things are just a little crazy sometimes and things happen but today me and my husband stopped to get food after being in the er all day and after we put in a curbside order and paid while in the parking lot 30 minutes later we still haven’t received our food I try to walk inside and EVERY DOOR is locked but yet their is a good bit of customers inside once I finally get someone to open the door our food is just sitting in their ready and freezing cold for the past hour now of me trying to figure out why our food hasn’t came we didn’t have any straws and they didn’t put our ranch in the bag(which isn’t a big deal) but after everything else is a little aggravating
