Everyone was friendly in the restaurant. Once we got to our car and started eating our food, the fries tasted weird. My son commented on it first, and the rest of our family tried theirs and agreed. They didn’t taste like fries or potatoes, just tasteless, which was disappointing because they fries are usually the best part! When I bit into my jalapeño ranch grilled chicken sandwich, it sounded like I was biting into an apple. I thought I just got a random fatty piece, but every single bite was like that, it was like a gristle patty on a bun. It is making me sick just thinking about it! I spit the bites out and eventually threw away the sandwich. It was the most lackluster Chick-fil-A experiences have ever had.
