  I read the reviews. But I always form my own opinion. Took up a ballot eight minutes for someone to actually take my order. No one greeted me when I walked in.No one acknowledged that I was even standing there. A young lady walked through the door came and took my order. She was sweet. Someone set my shake on the counter and never called my name. There was one young lady who actually called one name for my actual meal. So here I am ordering a 2C... my large fries had enough fries in it to be a medium, so do your job and drop some more fries and fill my large . Stop half stepping to get through the day. On that show what burger I got. But it wasn't a deluxe, and when I try to switch it out. I got so much attitude from this one. A young lady that makes the sandwiches. Anyone who cooks knows that if someone says your food is not eatable and you handled that sandwich yourself and you actually think it is eatable you were actually telling the world You will genuinely eat anything. ME....NOT DO MUCH. i thought always eating mcdonald's guess not . I do not care what the excuses are.If you don't want the job leave and give it to someone who wants it or needs it. No one holds a gun to your head and say, here work here.Go back to school, do something.But leave me out of your personal headspace, and fix my darn soundwich.

  I would just like to visit this location one time without being greeted with a message to try to convince me NOT to order. Telling me it’s going to take 15 to 20 minutes for them to make my order that consists of one 20pc nugget, because they are short staffed. When Im the only customer in line at the time. Only for them to find out I have placed a mobile order (which made them mad and I was told I cant place mobile orders anymore). This is just one of several instances that they try to convince you not to order, and hope you drive away. So this is the last time I will be going to that location. Shut this place down, because they do not want to be there. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  I have had so many bad experiences here lately and I will definitely not be back! Idk why I even tried to give them another chance today. I placed a mobile order as I always do I get to the drive thru give her my code the order she repeated back to me was not right, then she tells me they no longer have the big arch and that they can substitute it for 2 quarter pounders which I don’t eat because I cannot eat ketchup and they never follow instructions so I ask if they can substitute it for a big mac she says no at first then tells me a manager said yes they could and to pull around, I pull up to the second window and the girl looks at me very confused and goes and gets her manager who tells me they were unable to substitute it so they just canceled it🤦🏻‍♀️ Why say you can do something and then cancel it without even letting me know what’s going on prior??? and the last two times I went before that I was told they weren’t taking orders after waiting over 30mins to pick up my online order. Why are they even open if they can’t serve anyone??

  The service was horrible!!!! Waited 5 minutes at the number 2 lane just to find out that it wasn't open. Then went to lane 1 and waited 15 minutes before she took our order. Then waited another 10 minutes in line for our food. The woman that came to the widow ask us if we knew what the girl said our total was because they didn't have it anymore. Then we didn't get our fries and our food that we did get was cold. Went in to get our fries that should have been 2 mediums and was handed a bag. Got to the car and checked the bag to have only 1 small fry. It was raining so, we didn't bother to go back in. We had a really simple order, 1 big Mac, a 20 piece nugget, and 2 medium fries. How do you mess that up. Not to mention we couldn't even get drinks because they haven't had any for a week or two now. This was a horrible experience. Do better McDonald's seriously!!!! The Smiths
