  Rude at the drive thru. It was not busy and they were outside. We went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. We get to the window, pay and she hands us one drink and our bag with two sandwiches, steak nuggets and a drink. We told her we ordered the meals and she said "I didn't her you say meals" and closed the window and walked away. We sat there and she came and opened the window and said "yes" and we just ordered a LG fry to share and I had a water already. No effort to allow us to get what we wanted. Customer service isn't what it use to be. The food was not fresh, the steak nuggets tasted like beef jerky, way to salty and were so dry they could make you choke. We have stopped here before and everything was great. This time was not!!!

  Didn't have sandwiches we wanted then didn't have buns for other sandwich.. didn't seem to care that we were there.. their phones were more important than taking care of customer

  This is the worst arbys I've ever been to. Every time I come here after 8:00 they say they're out of everything. Tonight I came in at 9:14 p.m. and they said they were out of roast beef, if they are really out of roast beef then there needs to be a management change. My Guess is this the employees Ihave already done all their closing tasks and are being lazy

  Unable to order a Roast beef sandwich, we were told the GM told CSR not to start more. Really its 8:15pm and shows open til 11pm! What! Your kidding!!!! Ok
