- CCCrystal CarrollAug 16, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employs are clearly not happy about being there and this is at 12:10 in the afternoon. I paid $11 for a sad excuse for a salad. The vegetables are soggy, nothing was chopped or mixed, just thrown into the bowl whole. And it was drenched in peppercorn ranch which I cant even eat. I rarely eat outside of my home and this is exactly why. Im sorry to anyone else who decides to stop here for lunch.

Oh we’re out of bread mark it on the app it’s not that hard if you’re out of something for mobile orders? Blindly leaving items off instead of going hey we don’t have this would you like a refund or replacing with bread you have no idea the person would want. The protocol for that is waiting for the mobile order to arrive to ask them in person. It’s subway it’s not nasa train your people better for the prices of the food utterly ridiculous. I highly believe this location stays open just because the lack of another location around here. Last time for me though. I’ll drive to west blocton each time now.
