  Ordered light mayo and light mustard and my sub is a soggy mess. All it is a pile of nasty mayo and mustard. That’s all I taste and my bread is awful . Last time I order online!

  Will never come back. Got a sub, asked for salt & pepper at the end and the woman just dumps pepper all over my sandwich. It was so much even she said "oooohhh" and hesitated like she didn't know what to do. she didn't offer to fix it, just folded it shut and thought I wouldn't care. She knew she made a mistake and did nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. Eating out is a luxury and she single-handedly ruined my food and made the money spent a waste. The line is almost out the door so asking it for it to be remade is out of the question. Horrible.

  I love the Subway chain as a whole but this location is severely understaffed. I placed my mobile order expecting to pick it up as soon as 4:30 hit give or take 5 mins. But for this location to only have one employee working the station to complete orders is terrible. She's overworking and the subs are just being put together to get them out of the store. Please hire additional staff that way when someone does a mobile order that all the person has to do is come in and pick it up. Essentially the concept of the app. Am I right?! If you are going to continue to understaff your establishment then please remove app ability from your location. I would rather stand in line than have false pretence.
