I called the dominos to let them know and she lied to me saying she would tell her driver to deliver it and they just ended up canceling. Im right around the corner from the store the lady passes me by getting back to the store so i didnt see the issue here. As I tried to redo my order I was FORCED to do pick up bevause they suck at there job and didnt want to do it. Also the white jolly manager lady was very rude and didnt try helping me out at all. As a paying customer to force me to do things that is inconvenient is wild. I even left a tip and was going to give more to the driver once she got here. Instead I got rude service and terrible support from whoever runs this business on the day of 2.10.26 between 1:30-3:30 this took place. Whoever is manager should really go back to school and learn how to properly do there job. Or find a new one if they don't care to be respectful. Its not my fault the system automatically changed the address to something different. Even when I retried I had to retype the address like 10 different times to make sure when I saved it, that it didnt switch to S and stayed what I typed which was N. I knew I wasn't tripping but she didnt care. So this is her review to remember to be more compassionate and understanding when there's a systematic glitch. Learn how to be a better human being and don't raise you voice or tone at paying customers who willing tip its my child nap time and now I have to wake em up because what this woman poor customer service and problem solving skills.

Sat at window for 14 minutes before even being greeted only to be told the order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago is just now going in the oven and that it would be another 30 minutes. Owmer/Management really needs to be reading these comments and responding to the issues that customers are bringing up.
