Bathroom was locked and nobody had a key. Couldn't give a refund for chili that was burnt.

I had a frustrating experience at Wendy’s. I already had to wait extra time for the chicken to be cooked, which I understood, but when my order finally came out, it was still wrong. I was asked to pull up and wait, and when I finally received my food, my potato wedges were missing. I had to go back inside just to get them, which shouldn’t have happened in the first place. On top of that, I ordered two chicken bacon sandwiches, but instead I was given two dry chicken biscuits. Waiting is one thing, but waiting and still getting the order wrong is unacceptable. Please do better with order accuracy and quality control.

They were out of the first three things I tried to order... once we settled on something, apparently a breakfast biscuit is served on a hamburger bun, with cold potatoes, drink machines that don't work, by employees that are annoyed you're even there. Also, they didn't even have coke and couldn't be bothered with something as simple as "no ice". After about 8 minutes my incorrect order was ready and the guy at the counter couldn't even be bothered to call me, or tell me it was ready, he just impatiently started shaking the bag around as if I was supposed to know I was supposed to take it. This is the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had, and I've been to the Center Point and Trussville locations. They shouldn't fire the staff, Wendy's should cancel the franchise owner's contract and never do business with them again, if they're going to care so little.

I visited this establishment on Tuesday, March 31st at 10:50 am. I went in the lobby and dining room was completely empty. No one was ordering either. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting to be helped. There were 3 women working. None seemed to be working on any orders. All 3 saw me and all 3 chose not to help me. If Dave was probably turning in his grave. It was that bad. They were walking around in slow motion talking to each other. I was appalled. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out. It's no wonder so many Wendy's are closing. It's not the food. It's the employees and their lack of customer service and initiative. I will never go back
