  Made a pick up order about 8 pm and paid. Waited 15 min behind other cars. No one answered speaker box. Went inside and stood around for food for 10 more minutes. Didn’t get my food or money back.

  No one at the counter when I walked in. When the counter guy got there, he did not speak until I asked him a question that he did not answer. Later he was on his cellphone and that was when I heard him say "Oh shit". I just walked on by and out the door. The food was just oh so.

  Some of the people here don't like their job and you can tell. It's very clean, and I personally have never been in a massive customer crush at this location. It's ALMOST always relatively easy to get in and get out

  Writing this review from their Drive Thru lane cause I've lot of time to kill as I'm stuck here since 25 minutes ( as always) ... what's meaning of Drive thruuuuu????? Get some good employees or manager that can make operation run faster and better Please!!!!

  I got robbed by Taco Bell. I paid for food, yet got this… pics speak for themselves. Almost no chicken or cheese in the cantina tacos. I have low food standards — I will eat taquitos from a 7-Eleven hot case, but this… this Taco Bell experience was a new low that even I was not okay with. I will make life changes to cook at home instead of eat out to avoid service and food like this.
