Employee handed me food with dirty hands & fries were from yesterday, I requested fresh fries & it took so long for them to bring them, Delivery guy seemed depressed & enthusiastic about working there 😟 I tipped him anyway, but not happy with my service unfortunately 👎🏽

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. Genuinely terrible. Took 30 minutes for one meal and multiple people going in and out of the building for no reason. Ridiculous.

I won’t be getting anything else from them. They gave me and my daughter dirty cups of ice water. My daughter had an entire glob of dust and hair sitting in the bottoms of her cup!!!! They obviously don’t clean their ice machine, there’s no telling what else they don’t clean

Its ridiculous, took 15 minutes to get 2 sonic blast and now else was in the drive thru,.but get to the window the employees are having a full blown argument and loud where the window is closed and I hear them arguing.Cashier finally comes back with items saying they aboutto piss me off.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately the issue is consistently the same: poor customer service and negative attitudes from staff.
Most recently, I ordered two drinks and didn’t like one (it was my first time trying it). When I requested a simple exchange or refund, I was told I would have to pay for something else instead. I don’t understand why it’s such a problem to refund or replace a $3 drink, especially when the customer is dissatisfied.
This isn’t my first bad experience here. I’ve had issues in the past with incorrect orders and unhelpful responses, and the attitude from both staff and management makes the situation worse. Even when addressed, there’s a clear lack of accountability.
Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, this location consistently falls short.
