  Service is not really good. I told the person at the window the drink wasn’t correct and they got upset with me as if I made the drink it.

  Slow service I was there for half an hour before getting my meal. I told them no onions on it, and I found onions in it.

  Every time I go here lately I wait 30 minutes on a small order for cold food and melted shakes.

  This location is currently understaffed and struggling to serve a single cheeseburger. Order with caution. Waited 45 minutes for a small, simple order. Won't be back to this location. I'll drive to Gardendale

  Food was horrible. I couldn't eat it. The manager refused to help. So we couldn't get the order fixed or couldn't get our money back. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location. Had to order dinner from somewhere else spending more money on top of what was already spent. I hope this location gets shut down or better management.
