  I hesitated before ordering from this Pizza Hut because my last experience was already disappointing — about an hour wait for what ended up being a very mediocre pizza, maybe a 4/10 at best. Still, I gave them another shot. That turned out to be a mistake. I placed my order through the app and waited about 45 minutes, only to see it still marked as “being prepared.” I called the store and was told it was already out for delivery — which directly contradicted what the app showed. After waiting another 15 minutes, I received a call from DoorDash asking if I had received my order… which I hadn’t. They said they’d assign a driver, but at this point, nothing made sense. After more waiting, I called back — except this time I couldn’t even reach the store. My call was routed to a generic helpline. The person I spoke with tried to help and offered to duplicate the order for pickup, but then left me on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. Multiple follow-up calls led to the same issue: no one could cancel my order, and no one at the actual store would answer. At this point — well over an hour in — I drove to the store myself. Inside, there was one overwhelmed employee, a line of customers, and a screen showing my order wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. Somehow, despite that, my food was already sitting under the heat lamp. So let me get this straight: - The app said my order was still being prepared - The store said it was out for delivery - DoorDash hadn’t even assigned a driver - No one could cancel the order - The store wouldn’t answer calls - The in-store system said it wasn’t ready… while it had been sitting there the entire time The entire process was chaotic, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. And to top it off, I now have to wait several days just to get my money back. This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was a complete breakdown of communication, systems, and basic service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  Worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut literally tasted like hot wet nothing. No flavor whatsoever and you can tell the staff didn’t want to be there. Disappointing honestly

  Horrible experience, I'm on a business trip at the embassy, ordered a soda, bacon cheese bread and a sandwich. Driver pulls up (a completely different person than what I was told by the app) handed me a box slightly opened and a soda in a bag. I say where is my sandwich he says in the box, I checked no sandwich. As soon as I got upstairs I called the store and they said they would credit my number for the amount of the sandwich fine I thought...until about 3am my stomach starts to hurt and I'm feeling nauseous. Get on Google to check reviews and holy crap 3.3 stars. I blame myself. My order was 30+ dollars because I also tipped the driver who clearly didn't deserve it.

  The people are absolutely the best. They always have the best attitude, best deals, are always on time, and are incredibly enjoyable to be around. The pizza is top notch. They have redeemed this brand for me. I hadn't gone to a pizza hut in 15 years because of poor experiences, but I can't imagine getting pizza from anywhere else except here.
