I placed my order at the kiosk waited 30min for my order name was never called. The. my name disappears from the progress board. I go up and ask about my order and the girl huffs at me and with an attitude tells me they are out of stock of what I ordered. How does it take 30min to realize you are out of stock?! Guess this explains why my name just kept getting bumped to the end of progress order board. For ordering a single breakfast item as a togo order and it taking 30min (they were not that busy) this is ridiculous! The attitude and poor customer care and service inside the Panera is pathetic! Corporate should be made aware of how poorly this location is. Even sadder it’s inside a hospital and customers have enough going on in their lives without getting some crazy attitude just trying to get something to eat.
