  I ordered my food on doordash and as always I had to wait for a long time but I prayed that this time I get all my food I ordered but that wasn't the biggest problem with my order the biggest problem with all my food is that everything was old and recooked and everything tasted like old grease, the food was so nasty my family couldn't eat the food

  They’re just.. closed? At 3:48pm. No signs up, all the drive-thru screens on, accepting mobile orders. Just no workers present. Absolutely insane for a company like McDonalds.

  Genuinely the worst fast food location I think in the state. Everytime I come here there’s an issue, tonight I went through with a mobile order into their lobby, after 20 minutes of waiting a lady came out and told me they couldn’t find it and even after I showed her my order and confirmed the address she said her manager told her that they weren’t able to look into it or help me in any way and to just leave. Then some people behind me came in to place an order and the manager sent the same worker out to tell everyone to leave the lobby because they were too busy to take any more orders. The couple left laughing about how inept this place is. There was maybe 5 cars in the line, it wasn’t even that busy. I’ve worked fast food for years. I’ve never experienced worse customer service anywhere I’ve gone. I’ve never even written a review but this place has such awful customer service every single time that I am frustrated enough to write one. They gotta just shut down and replace it with a Taco Bell or something.

  I honestly don’t even know where to start with this McDonald’s location. I placed a mobile order ahead of time thinking I was saving time, only to pull up and see employees literally hanging out in cars and inside playing around like it’s a kickback instead of a job. When I tried to pick up my order, I was told they were “closed.” Closed? It was 11:58 PM. Their posted closing time is 1:00 AM. Not even close. That means they shut everything down over 20 minutes early just because they felt like it. No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Just laziness and a complete lack of professionalism. If you’re going to close early, at least turn off mobile ordering so people don’t waste their time and money. This was beyond frustrating and honestly embarrassing for a business this big. Do better.

  This should be on Trump’s list of places to strike, I had the worst fast-food experience ever at the McDonald’s on 2733 8th Ave S in Birmingham. The service is absolutely terrible and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. First, the lobby is constantly closed for no reason. I came last night around 7:30 PM and the lobby was already closed, which is ridiculous during normal dinner hours. I decided to give them another chance and came back the next morning. It was 9:03 AM and the lobby was closed AGAIN. Since the lobby was closed, I had no choice but to sit in the drive-thru line. I waited for 22 minutes just to get through, which is insane for a place that’s supposed to be “fast” food. The line barely moved and the service was extremely slow. On top of that, the manager treats customers horribly and clearly doesn’t care about the people coming in. The attitude and lack of professionalism make the entire experience even worse. If this location can’t keep the lobby open during normal hours and can’t provide basic customer service, something seriously needs to change. This is easily the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I won’t be coming back.
