  Worst drive through attendant. Couldn't understand him at all. Worst service at pay window and food window. Had to tell them what I ordered and handed my bag with a terrible attitude & no Thank You.

  Look. This place is an experience. It's like an encounter with the fae. I go here consistently for only a large Dr Pepper or a large Coca-Cola and I am charged $2.17 to $2.19 depending on the tax rate at that time. It is always the best fountain drink around. Sometimes, I get a double cheeseburger if I'm feeling frisky in this economy, but that's just a sometimes thing. I have come here at 11 PM expecting service only to pull up and be told that my mobile order will be refunded because they are currently putting out a fire in the kitchen. I'm glad I didn't get my food that night because for a brief moment I felt like I was part of something. Other than that, it's a McDonald's. What else can you say?

  I had the worst customer service experience with a young lady who’s taking the order on March 1st Sunday at 12 noon she has a curly ponytail and a mole on the back of her neck. This young lady was so rude and disrespectful. I waited patiently 25 minutes before I walk back to the front desk and politely ask the manager if they had my order because the young lady walked away and seemed as if she refused to make my order .’the manager started making the order and the young lady started berating me being very disrespectful saying why am I rushing. Saying out loud Who do I think I am she was just being very belligerent in front of coworkers and customers . I did not entertain her because it’s not a good look it was completely embarrassing . I felt very undervalued and disrespected so this is why I’m writing the review. The manager on duty was very polite. She kept telling the young lady to stop and leave it alone that I just was asking about my order that literally took over 25 minutes and she would not stop. She has no respect for the manager on duty the manager again said I’m not trying to lose my job stop. This young lady needs to be either retrained or in the back, she does not need to be dealing with customers at all . I feel like your Customer Service is a direct reflection of the business and the business owner you may need to check into this because if I experienced it, I’m quite positive there’s other people like me that this young lady has been disrespectful to. You can view the cameras between the first asked about my order. I waited for 10 minutes went sat my car and came back 15 minutes later 25 in total between 11:30am to 12:00pm March 1, 2026. me not saying anything and you will watch and see her be very disrespectful and belligerent, but I did tell the manager thank you for trying to keep the peace and stop her from berating me in front of everyone.
