  Absolutely not never again this woman was rude! the nastiest attitude, waited almost an hour (48 minutes) to get my order taken. MIND you 8-10 cars on the other line passed me already! When it was finally my turn i was bothered honestly but still was respectful until i felt no respect back! So i did give an attitude back but while ordering she cut me off and said “pull around” honey who said i was done? I genuinely didn’t even care anymore. This was just ridiculous. So disappointing

  This location used to be so awesome when I was a kid! They always had the BEST playground area and were so friendly. Now, it has to be the absolute WORST McD's ever built!!! We arrived in-between church services, ordered at the kiosk to dine-in, waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to take our money (without ever being greeted) and then the real wait began. It took another 50 minutes for us to get our food, bagged for take-out (thankfully). It took me 1 refund request and then 3 refund demands before we received our food. Before we recieved our food, the older lady manager would either not acknowledge what I was saying, or she would say ok; but, then she would just continue on with what she was doing. She was working, only focusing on the drive-thru's orders, though and ALL of the employees looked, sounded and acted as if they were completely miserable. A man went off on her, the lobby was full of irritated customers and I was feeling like our money/food was being held hostage and like none of us were appreciated or wanted there in any way. Several of us mentioned that we, as customers, mattered no less than those in the drive-thru and that they already had our money. A man, maybe 1 of the bigger managers, made a quick show by walking to the front, rounding the counter and said, "We can just shut this all down" and returned to the back. I was there with my husband, daughter, oldest son and his wife, along with their 2 kids and my great-neice. It was a complete nightmare!!!!! To say the least, we didn't have time to eat before 2nd service began and we were late.

  The service is absolutely terrible; the manager is very aggressive and shows no regard whatsoever for hygiene—they simply scratch their heads while handling your order.

  Always out of unsweetened tea, service is just very poor. Employees are never in a rush to get the orders out! Manager was in her office and the Employees had to yell to ask her a question.

  I’ve been a customer here since the 70’s and it’s just a shame they cannot seem to ever serve fresh food. Just bought 2 burgers and fry’s and fry’s are cold and burgers very stale and old… I could not even eat them. There is no excuse. Please explain to me why food is consistently horrible. All they have to do to rock and roll is do 1 job… fresh food. If I wasn’t not so busy I would go back to ask for a refund. Horrible ppl !
