  This McDonalds is so lackluster and disappointing…Service is utterly despicable. If I were you…don’t go through the drive thru after they close up the inside. Only one of the lanes works (the left). It’s like they like to make people wait 10 minutes plus just to our orders in. I mean it’s McDonalds, I’m not expecting a 5 course meal…I want a fast hot meal…because it’s fast food! For such a convenient spot in town. It’s incredibly liable to disappoint you.

  We have waited at the drive thru for 5-10 minutes to get our food. The staff was not so professional. This experience had left us unsatisfied.

  Went through the drive through yesterday with my dad and whoever was at the window claimed my dad was ‘snatching’ when being given his food. My dad was confused by his attitude. Honestly don’t understand why people work a job they so clearly hate. Lesson learned to never go to downtown McDonald’s. Do not come here unless you want terrible service.

  Ordered a coffee for takeout from inside about 130 in the afternoon. Only a couple of people in the dining area waiting Took 17 minutes. I went to the counter to try get someones attention and all the employees who walked by me ignored me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  I would not recommend this one… the service is terrible, we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes while they allowed others to drive up to the payment window and order, I was able to back out of the line and leave! They have some of the worst attitudes and customer service I have ever experienced! Even after you sit there and wait the food is always cold and this has happened on every visit so I will never be going back there. If you have time to waste then go but if not I wouldn’t waste time because you will definitely be waiting. 3/12/26
