  This was my first time back to Jimmy Johns at this location in a year. Only because I live out in the middle of nowhere. I was bummed that they don't have olives anymore. Olives are great on the Italian Club Sandwich. I'll be back again at some point. Thank y'all 😊

  Ordered the Greek gyro. I was served as complete SLOP. Couldn't even eat it. Wasted my money here.

  Delivery didn't show up for over 45 minutes when I finally called the store. The first girl said they didn't have the order, that I must have chosen the wrong store online (even though it selects your local store for you based on your zip code). Finally another girl suddenly picked up the phone and told me that she tried to deliver but couldn't find my apartment building. She tried to call and when I didn't answer, her manager told her to come back to the store. I explained to the manager that my account has my work number on it (because this JJ wasn't built near my home when I created my account years ago) and that also it doesn't take a genius to read the building numbers on the outside of my apartment building, which by the way they deliver to quite often. I asked for them to redeliver or give me a refund, and the manager chose the refund. They lost a customer, a sale and wasted the food I ordered because they refused to bring the food back to my apartment (less than 1 mile from their store). Never. Again.
