Some items were omitted from our order and she asked for the name and I told her. I also had the order number on hand, but she refused to take it to accept accountability and confirm the mistake. Her attitude was condescending and not representative of the wingstop brand.

When we got home, I noticed that we were missing an item. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone wanted to go back and forth about how she made my order and she knew the food was in there. Then when I went in to pick up the missing item she was STILL talking about it. She even had the nerve to tell me to wear a bra next time, insinuating that I didn’t have one on. She was beyond rude and really needs to find a job that doesn’t involve the public if she can’t control her emotions. I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow and calling to speak to the store manager as well.
