He can be very straight forward on service. I had a pick up order, he decided to close the restaurant early on pick ups, forcing me to go to the long drive thru. I then said about my order, he didn't know my order despite its a online mobile pick up under my name. Now I can understand mistakes happen, what I can't understand is rude service. It's unbelievable how many times I order from here and the manager is very blunt about my order almost every time. I love Wendy's, but it could definitely be better on service. Especially when they sometimes don't always check the food being correct.
