I placed an order that should have been ready at 7:10a and upon arriving at 7:12 noticed they were closed. I waited an additional 5 minutes with no employee in sight. I ended up leaving but my card was still charged for an order I didn’t receive. Pissed is an understatement.

We tried to stop by once a week to grab our favorite smoothies (Island Green + Peanut Butter Cup) with a wrap (Southwest, usually). The staff are typically the same, super-nice folks. The drive-thru isn't always the quickest...but that's fine. You can't keep a customized Island Green smoothie in a warming drawer! We love their excellent service & great attitudes!

The staff hasn't been trained properly at all and that's management's fault.
