  This experience was absolutely horrible. Service sucked food sucked!! And on top of that my hard was charged 3x and I’m still waiting on my mom to go back into my account!

  Sadly really disappointed. The food was extremely cold when it came out and appetizers and entrees were brought out at the same time and took a really long time. Our waitress was so sweet but they did overcharge and double charge us for certain items. There also seems to be a gas leak in the main area of the building and the smell of natural gas was very strong and that seems to be a huge safety issue.

  Visited Top Golf on Friday night for the first time in years. It was our friend’s birthday and he wanted to spend it at Too Golf. We had two bays and a group of about 10. The weather was poor so we had no issues getting a reservation just a few days in advance and we’re able to get into our bays right on time. The service was REALLY, REALLY SLOWWWWWW.It was at least 30-45 minutes before we saw our server and was able to place an order. Drinks were REALLY slow to come out. I’m talking, when the drinks were delivered, husband immediately ordered another round (which was our last round, though we were there for 2 hours). Drinks and food were good, though, so that was a plus. I will say that, my son ordered the bone in wings and he literally got 5 TINY wings. I absolutely DO NOT recommend the wings and it is barely a snack. At one point, I went inside to use the restroom. We were in bays 207 and 208 so we visited the bathroom near the bar. When we got in there, there were only three stalls. One was locked so, I assume out of order. One stall, the handicap, had one of your employees locked in having a really loud, really lengthy phone conversation so my friends and I had to take turns using the one vacay stall. The employee that was in the last stall never came out in the 5 minutes or so that we were in there. This just had all the signs of being a very poorly run place. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon! And, for anyone reading this review, I had the exact opposite experience at Fairway Social. The service was amazing and the food was delicious!!!

  Horrible! Experience started out negative was told their was a wait. Thats no problem it was a Saturday and busy so we went in the food area to sit and eat while we waited. Sat in there for almost 30 minutes waiting after for someone to even come up and ask what we wanted to drink because the staff was so busy talking and cutting up that they were not even worried about taking orders. By the time someone came up our bay was ready so we moved to our bay about 10-15 minutes later our server came up and took drink orders then about 30 minutes into sitting we were able to order food. Food was good we were playing enjoying ourselves. Our drinks were empty so we asked for refills our server stated she was leaving and would give the order to our new server. At that time we had an hour left to play. The new server did not approach us until we had 15 minutes remaining to play she also seemed to have an attitude during this time as well and through entire experience. When she approached she stated she was about to get our refills. We sat and played while waiting and recieved our drinks with 1 minute remaining on our time. We sat to drink them and was rushed out so they could bust the tables and we were unable to even drink them. This was not the experience I expected after spending over $200 was very disappointed that family time ended up not being as enjoyable as we were hoping and paying for.
