  Horrible! Experience started out negative was told their was a wait. Thats no problem it was a Saturday and busy so we went in the food area to sit and eat while we waited. Sat in there for almost 30 minutes waiting after for someone to even come up and ask what we wanted to drink because the staff was so busy talking and cutting up that they were not even worried about taking orders. By the time someone came up our bay was ready so we moved to our bay about 10-15 minutes later our server came up and took drink orders then about 30 minutes into sitting we were able to order food. Food was good we were playing enjoying ourselves. Our drinks were empty so we asked for refills our server stated she was leaving and would give the order to our new server. At that time we had an hour left to play. The new server did not approach us until we had 15 minutes remaining to play she also seemed to have an attitude during this time as well and through entire experience. When she approached she stated she was about to get our refills. We sat and played while waiting and recieved our drinks with 1 minute remaining on our time. We sat to drink them and was rushed out so they could bust the tables and we were unable to even drink them. This was not the experience I expected after spending over $200 was very disappointed that family time ended up not being as enjoyable as we were hoping and paying for.

  The service was awful. This young lady had the nasty nice nasty attitude. It was 5 of the employees standing around not working. I literally had to wave my had a talk out loud for help. The response back was snappy. Downstairs pool table area was nice.

  Worst top golf experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 9:30pm for a reservation, and did not have a host for the first 40 minutes, so we could not order any food or drinks during that time. There was a group of managers chatting behind our table (at least 3) and multiple hosts serving other tables, however when we inquired about getting a host over not a single manager helped us. We also went to the bartender to see if we could at least get waters for the table and even that was not doable, let alone ordering drinks. By the time we got a host for our group, our reservation was practically over. Our drinks (1 beer pitcher, 1 water, and 1 vodka lemonade) arrived with 3 minutes left in our reservation and food arrived after our reservation ended, and after we reminded our host that we had ordered food (one order of buffalo chicken dip). We asked if we could add time to our reservation so we could continue enjoying our drinks and food, but neither the person from the check-in desk nor our host were able to figure out how to add time, so we ended up leaving. Our host gave a generous discount to accommodate for the lack of service, which was very nice. She let us know that they had a lot of call outs and were short staffed, but I find it completely unacceptable that for the 40 minutes we were there before shift change we were completely disregarded by the staff members even with a reservation. I do not recommend this location.

  New Year’s Eve. We decided on a double date at top golf bc we had a great experience at one in Colorado. So we didn’t expect when we got there and played our 2 hours that our food wouldn’t arrive until after that was up. Hell, the server didn’t greet us until over an hour after we showed up. Even after asking the manager for help. We ordered drinks that were crudely thrown together and brought 30 min after ordering. Never got Pepsi we ordered. Not the waters. Had to physically make the water myself when the bartender wasn’t looking. All while the servers working there danced to the NBA Youngboy that the DJ was playing. Instead of helping us. Thanks for a great NYE top golf!

  A fun way to do something different with the family, but probably won't be back. We visited on a Sunday and the first-floor bay was perfect for the kids. However, the service was lacking; our server took a soda order and then disappeared, leaving us to figure out the system ourselves. We were disappointed to find out there’s an extra $6 fee per person just to add names to the screen, so we ended up sharing one profile to save money. Between the hourly rate, played for two hours, and the food, it adds up fast; paid $180+. It was an okay experience, but a bit too pricey. But what isn't pricey to go out and enjoy with family, huh?
