  Was having a good time until I waited almost an hour for food. Asked the I believe shift leed or one of the managers who came to check on us, for a pepperoni pizza specifically not a hot honey hot pepperoni pizza made sure I was specific about it, a pepperoni pizza. When it came out its was honey hot. I asked our server who did not take the order if there was a difference and she said yeah you have to order it that way I said I did, a food deliver comes out and says well it was put in honey hot and I was basically told that it was my fault. We only had 30 minutes left of our time, the lady server, stated that another one wouldn’t come out in time for my husband to eat it when the pizza was ordered for me. In others word oh well telling me to deal with it. I was having a good time until I realized I had to pay for the wrong pizza and was told oh well.

  Went with a group, had a blast playing. However it took forever to get our food and drinks, and then almost 30 minutes to get our bills after we had asked for them.

  This was a first time visit for my kids ages 9 and 11. I had been there before so I wanted them to really enjoy it. Our waiter came by our table about 15 minutes after we had been there and finally asked if we wanted drinks. After we got our drinks I told him to give me a few minutes to look at the menu then we would order since this was my kids first time there. He didn't come back to our table until almost 20 minutes later. We looked everywhere for him. The food I ordered for one of my sons was not what we told the waiter and his excuse was "oh sometimes when people order chicken fingers were just give them the chicken nuggets instead". That was the craziest thing I've heard in a while so I just looked at him and asked can we have what we ordered which was the chicken fingers and fries. So we waited almost 30 minutes actually it was over 30 minutes for the correct food to come out. We waited so long that we ended up only having 3 minutes left on our play clock so I was just going to tell them never mind we don't want the food since it was time to leave but a guy in a red shirt came by and gave us an extra 15 minutes (wow 15 minutes while my son has been waiting an hour for his food) although we had been there an hour and half. So after we used about 7 of those minutes. His food finally came out and the chicken fingers were very dark and brown around the edges (burnt grease) and they smelled funny. He took a bite of one and said it tasted funny. I took a small bite and yes they did taste funny. So we only had about 4 minutes left and I was just over it and ready to leave. I've been to this location about 5 times and this was hands down a horrible experience and it was an bad 1st impression for my kids. I surprised them with this and made them think it was gonna be great. The waiter guy was decent he just never came around until we had to search and then flag him down. No straws for our drinks, no napkins, nothing. I was going to order my friend a Burger to go right after I got the Buffalo Chicken dip which wasn't good either but we didn't see the waiter again until our time was down to 3 minutes. We didn't get any drink refills until after we had got done eating the dip and my other son's wings. Our cups sat empty on the table for over an hour. An entire hour. I had to again flag him and ask if we could get refills. I had been bragging about going here for a week to my kids and this was an awful experience. I actually felt horrible as we were walking back to the car.

  This 5 stars is dedicated to the manager Hamilton. He rectified any issues we had. His hospitality is unmatched!! He is customer service and enthusiasm to do us job is unreal. We appreciate you and all you do Hamilton!

  Place is nice enough but corporate is terrible. Want to talk to the location on the phone? Impossible. Talk to AI assistant to answer your issue? Once again Impossible. Left 2 emails on lost and found contacts page, as directed by AI, never got a response. Will never go to a topgolf location again due to complete corporate incompetence.
