After ordering to go food & waiting almost a hour for my food. I politely waited although I shouldn’t have! The icing on the cake was after paying my tab having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my change. Very unorganized! The waitress staff are very sweet but after speaking with management (Rod.) solidified this review as he was passive aggressive about the inconvenience! At that point I walked away from the experience with my money in hand no thank you to buying food here! I’d much rather shop with another restaurant!

Service was trash. Manger was rude & comical for saying “I gotta eat too” when he was seen multiple times eating at the counter while we waited for over 2 hours for food. It was busy/crowded when we got there, but definitely thinned out as we waited. Our server was nice and apologetic. The quality of food that arrived was not worth the wait or price. Could’ve went to big bad breakfast & got better service & food. Will not recommend or come back. The manager did comp my friends food & give a coupon, but we don’t have plans to return. Manager was rude to our waiter took no accountability we had to essentially ask for an apology for the service and timing of food.

From the sloppy unprofessionalism of the host ("is a 15 minute wait ok?") to the attitude of the server to me having to get my own drink from the bar, this place was a big let down. The food was good but my husband's hashbrown casserole was ice cold and his biscuit came after he finished his meal. Since our server went missing the minute he dropped the bill right after delivering the CORRECT food, I had to ask the manager to bring me more iced tea and another serving of hot hashbrown casserole. (And this was the 2nd time I spoke to the manager).
As someone who works in the industry, I can understand how stressful it can be, but there is no excuse for poor experience.

I typically don't write reviews, but I definitely felt inclined to after my friend and I had a not so great experience at this place today.
We arrived around 1:00 PM and were seated shortly and placed our order. We were informed that the food would take about 30-40 minutes, which felt reasonable given it was a Sunday.
After ordering and getting our waters, we never saw our server afterward. Also during our entire wait, we saw a couple sitting behind us leave most likely due to the wait times, which probably should have been our first sign.
I think around 40-50 minutes in, we were told by the lady who sat us in the front that our order was coming out shortly. However, after over an hour of waiting, I would say around 2:15-2:30 PM, my friend and I were definitely feeling a bit frustrated and confused. We still never got word about our order status from our waitress or anyone else, and I just wanted to cancel the order at that point, which I actually had to flag down another server for.
Only then once I asked to cancel my order did our waitress finally come back and tell us that our order had never been entered into the kitchen and said "we were good to go" and the lady who sat us told us, "We're busy on Sundays, so come back another day." We felt awkward after hearing that response, but we were just focused on heading out.
Our server also mentioned that this same situation happened to her multiple times that day, which was definitely confusing and alarming, especially because it tells me that there really wasn't an effort made to double-check orders were processed correctly in their system. Honestly, we realized later that when I asked for my order to be cancelled, that was probably the first time our server even checked in on it and then saw that it was never sent to the kitchen.
I have mixed feelings regarding giving this place another try, but hopefully they are able to work out the issues they had with their systems.

Terrible experience for our first time. We joined the waitlist prior to arriving to the restaurant and it was a 35-45 min wait. by the time we got there it had already been 35 min. We go inside & the hostess ignores us and finally we asked if we were still on the waitlist or if it was going to be a while. she says “oh just give me 5 minutes and i’ll get a table for yall. “ we proceed to sit down & realize parties after parties were being seated and a few parties that had just walked in got seated before we did. my boyfriend goes up to the hostess to ask why we haven’t been seated yet and she comes up to me and says “oh i forgot about yall, sorry. give me 5 more minutes” at this point we had been inside waiting for 25 minutes. She finally seats us and we were not waited on for 15 minutes. another party sits down in front of us & immediately gets drinks before we ever got ours. we waited 50 minutes on food and eventually just had to get it to go because the service & the wait was horrible. do not recommend and will not be coming back here.
