  I had a Wonderful Experience! The customer service was amazing! The food was amazing! Everything was amazing! My friend had a birthday brunch here and I was running so late. They were nice enough to still let me come in even though it was closing time. My friend ordered my food for me and it was warm and ready to eat when I got there. The owner was very nice and friendly. She continued to ask were we okay and constantly reminding us to take our time. They ended up closing and still allowing us to sit and eat. Our waiter was very polite and friendly. I definitely will be going back again!

  DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LARGE PARTIES! My family made a reservation for 15-20 ppl one week prior to New Year’s Day after speaking with management to ensure they would be able to accommodate our party. We arrived ON TIME at 11 but our table was not ready so we waited for 30-45 minutes. Once seated, service was slow with drink orders but we could tell our waitress was covering far too many tables alone. They continued to seat other parties around us versus staggering to make sure the previous tables were served and our orders were put in. This caused our waitress to be overwhelmed even more. Once our food orders were taken after maybe another 45 minute wait, we saw the smaller parties around us food begin to come out. Some of the tables were even seated after us! We continued to wait and fellowship. Even asking for drink refills was a wait so I went to the bar myself to get a mimosa where I got another WAIT! I will say that the staff was polite but they were not supported by management who we were told had begun to work in the kitchen to help push orders out and couldn’t come out to speak with customers. Several of our orders finally came out around 1:15 but they were wrong- the rest of our party received NOTHING. Out of 18 people AND a TWO HOUR WAIT only 10 received their food and only 5 of those orders were correct. By this point, all understanding had been exhausted and we began to ask about our remaining orders- we began getting different answers. Frustrated and HUNGRY, we asked if the food wasn’t ready to just cancel the remaining orders and get our checks. We received ANOTHER WAIT while all of this was being sorted out. The manager was not apologetic or understanding that most of our party had waited from 11 am to 2 pm without food and was intent on blaming us and/or the server for the mix up on half of our party not receiving their food. I’ve heard the food was good but unfortunately, I did not receive my order and I WILL NOT be back to find out.

  Looked like a really nice place, hostess was very nice. I will say it was relatively busy but service was really bad and slow. Took forever to get our order but kept seeing the waiter in the back eating. Spent forever waiting our coffee and watching it sit at the bar and when I finally see our waiter and let him know the coffee was at the bar he completely disregards me and walks away. By the time we got it, our hot coffee was cold. Ended up walking out.

  Ok, so Ive been here twice this year. The first time was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS! This time, however, the food was not great and I think its because it was Christmas eve. The managers are GREAT! They seem to personally keep an eye on things which I love. This visit the cook must have been home from college cuz the food tasted like my son was in the kitchen. Im not giving up tho. I plan to go back soon because WHOEVER made my soft scrambled eggs with cheese and pancakes during my first visit on Dec 6 im hoping will be back in the kitchen. The food that day was REMARKABLE which is why we decided to go back on Christmas eve. Yall do have the MOST ATTENTIVE managers I've ever experienced tho. Keep up the great work and bring that cook back!!!

  We waited a long time to receive out food. Two orders came out at a time instead of the whole table of 6. Several orders were wrong and had to be sent back. The waiter was very apologetic, but the wait time for everything was really unreasonable. Some in our party had finished eating while others were just getting their meals served. Two in our party had to have their meals boxed up to go. Those who did get to eat, including me, thought the the fold was just ok. It was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. Never had a worse experience at a restaurant here in town. They clearly were not ready for the holidays.
