- KWKartel WNov 14, 20251.0My sandwich was good however the service was so bad , I could’ve lost my appetite. The man making the sandwich was just MEAN ! He literally rolled his eyes, said “WHAT , WHAT?!” I should have left but only had 30 mins for lunch. Also I’m not sure what it is but all of the customers eyes were watering and burning - I thought it was just me but everyone agreed something was irritating their eyes. I will eat a rock before I go back into this Subway. Even if they were having a bad day that’s understandable but to be utterly rude and disrespectful is un-called for .
- JWJacob WhiteNov 12, 20251.0They seem to be under new management now. I have ordered my same sandwich 3x over the last 2 weeks and they have left off the ranch every time. I even put in the instructions this time to not forget the ranch. To make it worse. When I got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I had to wait until the 2 other customers had all of their food made. Which you would think wouldn’t be a long wait. But somehow was. I ended up having to go back up there to get them to make my sandwich. The two boys working behind the bar had no clue what they were doing. The soda machine was out of several syrups. This NEVER once happened with the previous management. I usually go there for lunch at least once a week but I will not be back anymore. Not worth the money or the hassle.

He had a very blah demeanor. Maybe mine was too. I was in town for surgery and I was lost trying to find my way around bham. I truly hate coming to this city with all these twist and turns. Overall, we enjoyed 😉 our sandwiches 🥪 😋 when I finally found the hotel 🏨 🙌.
