  I always get a spicy Italian. They skimp on the meat only giving like 4 slices of pepperoni and 4 of salami, not to mention the slices are almost see through. I always ask for all veggies making my sandwich look huge but at this store I can wrap my hand around my sub. The service is atrocious having a lady raise her voice and give attitude whenever you ask her to do something. They don't accept coupons, they re use the same gloves for multiple sandwiches. The place is just nasty all around. I was here about 3 years ago, The place hasn't changed one bit and is honestly upsetting to see it still open

  This subway is way more expensive for the same sandwiches you can get anywhere else plus they cut ingredients in half then turn around change you 50 cents more because it’s extra. Then they don’t even have all of their ingredients available. Other than that it’s very clean inside and their workers are nice, it’s their owner doing this overcharging for less food. I’ll try my best to stay away from this location or all of them until they resolve this issue because it is too expensive to be stingy with ingredients they already don’t give enough of.

  I would give it no stars if I could. My co worker was sent to order food for me and another coworker. My order was a 6” subway melt with all the toppings. I got a veggie sandwich instead. I took the sandwich back to this place to have a new on made or a refund. The lady manager was not in when I got there so the girl that was there called her manager on the cell phone and told her my issue. The girl put me on speaker phone and as I was about to explain to the manger what happened the manager started yelling over talking me and cutting me off saying you didn’t order that you ordered a veggie sandwich and I can’t give you a refund call your bank!! I told her call the bank for what I paid you for the sandwich.(My co worker said she was talking on the phone at the time she was making the sandwich and probably didn’t hear him. He was sure what a subway melt was so he thought it was made right). She then proceeds to yell I can add the meat to your veggie sandwich and charge the extra fee for the meat. I told her the sandwich was soggy and I wanted a new one made and I will pay the difference. She yelled no your sandwich was right I’m not giving you a refund and I’m not making you a new one!! This place will never see another dollar from me. The sandwiches are poorly made, the manager is terrible, no professionalism at all. Im not even sure how she owns this business. 10 out of 10 I do not recommend. The service is garbage.
