    I did an online order of a footlong. I asked for extra onions, jalapeno,and pickles. Also added olives...I didn't get the olives or the extra veges I ordered.

    Only subway near the area, worker sees customer in line would not take order because customer had coupon. Laughed and said "you're trying to use a coupon ?? " Not here. Customer asked why could he not, and the guys continued to laugh and said " Because the manager said we couldn't." An establishment not allowing customers to use company advertised promotionals?? It was rather ridiculous to see. Poor customer engagement.
