- CSCollin ShawJul 15, 20251.0Honestly can give any stars because we couldn’t get in. The open house online and on the building say open until 9pm but got there at 8:40 and it was closed. If you’re going to close before 9 you should adjust your hours to reflect that.
- JJJasmineJul 15, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with the Subway in Hoover. I arrived nearly 30 minutes before closing time, only to find the doors already locked. Both the sign on the door and the store’s Google listing clearly state that closing time is 9 PM. Despite several employees visibly sitting inside doing nothing, they refused to acknowledge or serve customers. This is unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone
- DMDeeon MonroeMay 19, 20221.0The worst service in I ever experience walked in and was not greeted and acted like they didn’t want to fix my food young guy black was singing rap music out loud and playing in his hair and young black girl act like she didnt want to work and both of them fix my food neither one of wash hands and at the point it doesn’t set right with my spirit I am really up set and white young guy walked to the back he seen me come in that i don’t know what’s wrong with that picture at all. And this was the night crew.

I was missing half my order and the receipt in the bag wasn't even the full recipe I needed to submit the feedback through their survey process (can't even get a free sub for my feedback). So, I decided to post it publicly in hopes that others will not have the same experience.

The sandwiches have been good with the right amount of toppings and condiments. We live in Helena within 2 min of the Subway and will continue to drive the extra 8 miles for this one. Great job.
