  Just picked up 20$ worth of food and the whole thing is wrong. I’m allergic to the food they did give me. Now I’m at work with no dinner. Didn’t pick up when we called twice.

  Wish I can put 0 star cause this is the worst Sonic joint in Homewood and of all in Alabama , worst customer service, and yet worst delivery experience, especially for a kind DoorDash customer who was going to pay well after the delivery was completed … Came thru the drive through to pick up a DoorDash delivery waiting for 5 minutes just for an employee to tell me I have to come inside with a smart attitude. After entering the lobby, I stood there for a good 15 minutes and everyone pretended as if I wasn’t there waiting… and not to mention the disgusting atmosphere in there too… I’d say just pack it up and abandon the property for the dwellers to nest in at this point

  They made us wait for over 10 min after we placed our order when there was no body else there. I finally Got up and went inside and it was just sitting there waiting for our food and it was cold. The head guy complained that he was the only one delivering orders, but there were plenty of workers there, and my wife said the same guy was talking to somebody at their car for over 5 min. When we got home our order was wrong. And we were overcharged.

  I have always loved sonic and this has been the best location I’ve ever been too! I stop by a lot as I live close by, and I’ve always had a great experience. Lovely staff and great food!!!

  Ordered a Oreo milkshake tonight. I basically got a freaking sorry excuse of a Oreo sundae in an 20oz cup. There were only a few Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. When ordering a milkshake I expect the topping to be blended in but there was nothing blended in this “milkshake”. Disappointed that the person that made this thought it was acceptable to send it out knowing they didn’t blend it. Didn’t want to take it back after pulling off because you never know if someone will tapper with your food. So now I’m going to get a pack of Oreo cookies from the gas station to add to this cup of vanilla ice cream I just paid freaking milkshake prices for…SMH!!!
