They made us wait for over 10 min after we placed our order when there was no body else there. I finally
Got up and went inside and it was just sitting there waiting for our food and it was cold. The head guy complained that he was the only one delivering orders, but there were plenty of workers there, and my wife said the same guy was talking to somebody at their car for over 5 min. When we got home our order was wrong. And we were overcharged.

I have always loved sonic and this has been the best location I’ve ever been too! I stop by a lot as I live close by, and I’ve always had a great experience. Lovely staff and great food!!!

Ordered a Oreo milkshake tonight. I basically got a freaking sorry excuse of a Oreo sundae in an 20oz cup. There were only a few Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. When ordering a milkshake I expect the topping to be blended in but there was nothing blended in this “milkshake”. Disappointed that the person that made this thought it was acceptable to send it out knowing they didn’t blend it. Didn’t want to take it back after pulling off because you never know if someone will tapper with your food. So now I’m going to get a pack of Oreo cookies from the gas station to add to this cup of vanilla ice cream I just paid freaking milkshake prices for…SMH!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I ordered two small strawberry sundaes. I forgot my debit card. I proceed to order on the App and pull around. It was taking longer than usual. I saw one worker outside. I politely yelled, “excuse me”, to get the workers attention to ask about the sundaes. She gets an attitude and tells me she’s not a “ car hop”. I told her I did not know that, I was just looking at the sonics sweatshirt! She still gets an attitude for asking how long it will be for TWO SUNDAES! I hate this location! Always have so many problems! Get better management in there immediately! Will never return back to this location if my life depended on it!
