I’m trying to get in contact with the Store Owner of Pizza Hut #037887. I had a pan pizza that appeared to be hand toss. The guy at the drive thru said that most of the pizzas are coming out like that. I told him I paid extra for a pan pizza and I think that it may be a problem with the sizing if the dough or oven temperature. Again, the pizza is thin like it was hand tossed. He couldve offered a refund because he didnt feel confident that he could correct the pizza. INSTEAD, He said, “No problem I will try and make it thicker for you!”I tried to give him the pizza that did not appear to be a pan pizza and he told me that “I can keep it”. He came back to the window and told me it would be about 10minutes. (Excellent Customer Service). I pulled to the front of the store. A lady (Lyndsey) came out to my car and asked to see the pizza. I was a bit confused because I already spoken to the guy at the window who is also the cook. However, I said sure and showed her the pizza. She proceeds to grab it to hold it in my window if my parked car. She stated that most of the pizzas are coming out like that. I said the guy already stated he will try and make it thicker for me. She said okay and snatched the pizza and started walking off. I said through my window, Hey the guy told me I can keep it. She told me NO you can’t if you want us to remake it. I told her let me come in to the store so there’s no misunderstanding so we can speak to the guy. I come in the store and saw the guy and said, “hey didn’t you tell me I can keep the pizza although you said you will remake it?”. He said, “yeah, all we’re going to do is trash it”. She’s standing beside him. She proceeds to say,…”Per our policy we have to take the pizza back if you want us to remake it….I told her that’s not usually a policy and you’re telling me you would trash the pizza than give it to me because of a remake. She says yeah. She continues to go back and forth until she finally said, “here have it as shw continues to talk about the remake. I said, “No thank you…you went out your way to walk to my car and continous argue with me about a oizaa youre going to trash. I asked for a refund and corporate number. She told me they are a franchise and didn’t have contacts to give with a horrible demeanor. I proceed to do research inside the store because that behavior couldnt ho unreported. I end up calling the store I was inside and the other female that was working stated I was talking to the store and gave me the name Flynn Group. I proceed to ask them for someone in charge such as a store manager, district manager, and/ or owner they can give me. The lady look to Ms. Lyndsey for answers. After multiple requests and refusals I finally got the name Aisha for the store manager but could not provide me with a work email or phone number. If possible can you all please give me assistance to get in contact with someone. I have already sent an inquiry on the Flynn website. I never had someone tell me they would rather trash food than give it to me. This was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Waited 25 minutes in store when my food was sitting in the warmer the whole time. Ridiculous service. Last money ill ever spend there in my life.

Employees constantly standing outside the front entrance smoking what smells like weed impossible to walk in or out of the store with out getting smoke blown in your face which can be a health and safety nightmare if you have asthma, lung cancer or are getting over an upper respiratory illness would rate -5 if I could

Terrible service manager was yelling at me saying no customers in the lobby and it’s 8:50PM and I place a order online and I was denied inside so I had to stand in the cold outside in the driveway and I walked from planet fitness

10 out of 10!!! I called at 7:40 or so on Christmas Eve and placed an order. It was last-minute, but I thought my friend had already ordered the pizza. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and took my order, and didn’t rush me due to them closing in a few minutes. Thank you so much, Valleydale Pizza Hut!
