    My experience was Horrible! I understand the wait time I'm not complaining about that but the waitress took forever. Other customers that arrived after my guess and I, two of them moved to a different section and received drinks an food before we had a chance to order drinks then when our drinks arrived the order was wrong. I closed out and left. I traveled from out of town for a local event and this was my first time visiting a (Pappadeaux) and because of this experience will be my last

    Had a great experience here on NYE! We made a reservation for 6:45pm and were seated around 7:05pm due to the crowd. Our waitress, Jordan, was great!! I had the Rainbow Trout with Jumbo Lump Crab, broccolini, and dirty rice. All amazing! I started with a house salad, a glass of wine and a the Shrimp and Crawfish Fondeaux.

    I had a bad experience awhile back with cold food so we were given a complimentary meal the next time per the manager who spoke to me on the phone. It was just as miserable as the first meal along with very poor service even after knowing this was a return trip. I will never go there again. You will be just a number that they will get to later if you go. I paid with the voucher that was sent to me and gave the balance of the card to another couple who was having the same problem. Being ignored.

    First its not cheap. The meals and drinks are up there in price...the menu stays the same. They place can get really busy and it can be long waiting for food and sometimes service. For instance naked fish regardless of type is over $30 with trimmings near $50 . spirit drinks over $15 ...with 4 people over $350 this includes 2 wines 2 Grand Hennessy. For dinner reservations I recommend

    This is such a awesome establishment. My husband and I come to relax & enjoy each other times. The food is ALWAYS GOOD. We love the oysters. The servers OMG!! are always 10/10. I've never been there & had /a bad server. We went today & had Bryunda, as a server. She was awesome. Very observant, and knew hospitality.
