- JWjennifer williams2 days ago4.0We had some hick ups today with timing and accuracy of food, but when I tell you the manager Briundya (I’m not sure how to spell her name….description: dreads, beautiful face, warming smile) she was what customer service was all about. She took care of us professionally and stood on absolute business. She was attentive to our concerns (they were crowded per usual)…but she was a beautiful, patient, a gentle soul and she took good care of our table during the mishaps. Every restaurant needs a manager like her. Our server was Emma…she was professional, attentive as much as she could be, smiled during the entire hiccups, she apologized overly for something I believe was out of her control. These ladies rocked. And even tho there was a mishap not on their behalf…I will definitely return only because of the customer service and professional environment these ladies remained and were true at. I honestly fell in love again with the restaurant again because of their service and accountability even tho nothing was their fault. Food was good and I left the restaurant in good spirits. Thank you both for your awesome service even when the load, our table felt heavy.

I went up to Pappedeaux to make a reservation for her and her friends that were supposed to go on the trip. My mom was smiling ear to ear over her friends , family and favorite seafood restaurant. The manager Fefe was exceptional and our servers Haley and another gentlemen were caring, professional and attentive. I love this restaurant not just for it food but for the amazing service. Highly highly recommended
