Just asked for a refund because I felt like I wasn't going to get my food at any time. Then he accused his cell phone to call his manager. So does that mean there was no manager on duty? I guess so. Tina? Told me to come back some other day and just get free food. But what if I had wanted my refund? Try to reach out to someone above them but no one answered the email. Guess that they got my $8 for that day. Just won't go back ever. No management. No good service. That's why your line's always long and you always be going everywhere else to use the bathroom. Stay away from here.

I understand this is a fast food establishment and not to have such high expectations but one of the workers they have on nighttime drive thru is so unbelievably rude for no reason. She'll rush you through your order and have an attitude when you try to simply finish the order. I had to add another item (an order of fries) at the window because she wouldn't let me finish speaking and the guy there acted like it was my fault as if I wasn't already being rushed. Like I said, I know this is fast food but there's no reason to be speaking to customers like we've inconvenienced you especially during listed business hours. I do want to give thanks to another one of your late night drive thru workers because he is the complete opposite, always friendly and polite.
