- HDH Dhgs5 days ago1.0Pulled up to McDonald’s tonight for a good fast meal only to be yelled at over the mic by a Hispanic lady who we could barely understand anyway . She got an attitude before we can even finish our order and cut us off and yelled PULL AROUND. we got to the window and asked her to repeat the order knowing that she made a mistake because we didn’t even get to finish ordering at the window . She gives us a blank death stare for atleast 10 seconds . “Very awkward “ then she proceeded to yell about how she heard us .( Still didn’t repeat it by the way ). Then we give her the money , she throws the change in my husbands hand . . .im not sure if she’s a manager or what. But she needs to stay in the kitchen and not communicate with the public. She has the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever even witnessed in person . This is something that I’m use to seeing online .it was horrible . 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy .

If you’re old and can’t see pass on this store. Waited almost 15 min for 2 burgers. I stood 3 feet from the register. No one came near to register. Pay online and pickup orders take priority over counter folks and is less effort for employees. It’s clear they don’t want to run the register! Finally someone asked me and I provided the person my ticket. They smartly said this is pay at register order you should have told us that. I told them everyone has been in the back and not close to the register. I let them keep the ticket and the food. Customer service is a thing of the past. I can assure you the folks across the street would never let this happen!
