    That place is so inefficient. It's incredibly slow and the customer service is terrible. The staff is also disrespectful, and they always take forever. I waited 40 minutes for my food, and it was the wrong order. I don't understand why the manager doesn't do anything to improve things. Don't go to this place unless you want to wait a long time for a simple hamburger and deal with disrespectful staff.

    Why is this location even open? They're ridiculously understaffed I assume, the drive through barely works, they mess your order constantly. Bad.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for someone to respond, and they never did. I then went to the windows to see if anyone could take my order, and they didn’t either. We literally had to get out of our cars and go inside the store to order. Inside, no one was helping customers, and it took more than 40 minutes to receive my order. The staff seemed more interested in using their phones and answering personal calls than in delivering orders. Everyone who was waiting in line left upset. What a terrible customer service attitude. If you’re looking for fast food, do not come here. I repeat: do not come to this location.
