  Today about 5 minutes ago. I went in to buy some food. The I guess manager lady Tells me you have to use the kiosk. I said I have dollar bills So I ordered my food and up pops a number but doesn't give a receipt And wouldn't let me add my money in to pay for it It says on the screen goto the counter to pay for it because I had cash The Manager I guess had a real shitty attitude. And was very rude about it. So, I am going to Jacks because there Service is much better. McDonald's doesn't want to pay for a worker to be at the counter and forces. You as a customer To use the kiosk. I will never come back here.

  I pulled up at 4:37 am to order breakfast and the response from the drive thru speaker was "we shut down". I attempted to ask more questions but was completely ignored. Huge "open 24 hours" sign on the side of the building but obviously that is optional.

  I'm so sick of this location. They are rude, argumentative and make the customers feel guilty when they mess up orders. Today I door dashed a double cheeseburger and as usual the patties were severely undercooked...but also today my bun was hard as a rock with mold on the bottom. The corporate phone number in Google is not working. I would like someone from corporate to speak to me

  Its been 6 days and I have yet to get a response I call the business and no answer. I do not live close to this McDonald's the fact that you the owner get on here and advise me to submit my complaint and there still hasn't been resolved. I want my money back. 35.71 is too much money to loose on poor quality food and your poor quality employees. I don't appreciate Jessica Paige asking my son if he and his friend were gay because their locs are similar to color and your manager just stood there with her mouth open like she was scared. I have to leave today for work and I don't return until February 18 ,2026. All these low rate reviews you think you would address the issues at your establishment and correct them. I am pissed.

  I have been trying to call to no avail. I was given half cooked fries and warm burgers. They had a attitude when my son and his best friend went in, they only replaced the fries she would not replace the burger 35.71 was the total. I decided I was going to just submit a complaint because I was upset about this when she refused to remake the burgers. My son and his best friend with her were talking about the attitude of the employee but Jessica Paige crossed the line when she asked my son and his best friend gay because of their hair color. Both of them are 15 years and they were upset. I went in to tell the manager whom just stood there with her mouth open and didn't say anything.. noone will answer the phone so I guess I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. If a manager sees this UPDATE: NOONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE A WEEK LATER. I WANTED THIS RESOLVED BEFORE I LEFT FOR WORK IN ANOTHER STATE, LEFT JAN 26, STILL NO RESOLUTION
