At 10:40pm and nobody will answer, talk, not even wanna work. Hire people that wants to work for a change or shut it down

I placed and PAID for a mobile order in the app. After checking into my spot and waiting 25 minutes for the food, I went inside only for a worker to state “It’s not made because it is not paid for”. I showed the cashier that my order was paid for at 1:59 pm. The worker then put the cold fries BACK into the hot fries pan and handed me the bag with cold, hard chicken nuggets and a cold chicken sandwich. Needless to say this wasn’t acceptable either! SMH! 🤦🏾♀️. Do better and take pride in your job with professionalism & treat customers how you want to be treated. I didn’t make you apply here!

Went through the drive though. Ordered two cheese burgers but received two ham burgers with no cheese. I went back around, told the cashier..I showed her the burgers, she start laughing and talking to the cook about not putting cheese on the burgers...he walked over to the window and told me to give him the burgers...I told him you are not suppose to take food back...he said that's my food cost....I don't know what he planned on doing with the burgers...I'm assuming putting cheese on them or resale....I see why the health department made this a policy....lastly, I requested a manager for a refund..which was a short Mexican looking man...he didn't even care...and he didn't give me all my money...resales on used food is not acceptable...I am calling the health department
