Arrived at 4:27 AM no one came to the speaker. Workers are asleep on the job. Bad customer service! Service in the photos or pictures of the coworker car that were sleep on the job.

Not at all good for a fast food place and abysmal service between 12-5am. (That's despite being the only 24hr McDonald's in the downtown Birmingham area). This location lacks in more than a few places between access of restaurant during "business hours" and the drive through during the posted hours.

We are standing at the McDonald's right now and the lady working the drive thru window is beyond mad asking who keeps ordering the food from the kiosk and the lady being very rude saying she gonna fight who keeps ordering and she definitely ain't making none of the food.

I visited this McDonald’s today around 11:30 AM and ordered 3 Hot & Spicy McChicken sandwiches and 2 medium Caramel Frappés through the drive-thru.
When I went to pick up my order, the employee working there was extremely rude to me for no reason. He made offensive and discriminatory comments, saying he hates Indians and that he was not interested in serving Indians, and he used inappropriate and abusive language toward me. This behavior was completely unacceptable and very upsetting.
I tried to report this incident to other employees at the store, but no one responded or took the situation seriously.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to Indian customers or anyone who expects respectful and professional service. McDonald’s should be a place where all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. I hope management takes this issue seriously and takes immediate action to prevent this from happening again.
