  Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one came and spoke. Then we drove up and they ignored us but helped another car. Ridiculous.

  The best time to come to this McDonald’s is for breakfast. That is the only time the staff are punctual and get the job done. If you come anytime after breakfast, especially around 5 o’clock or 10:30 at night. The service is terrible because they go through shift change and nobody wants to work and they only accept DoorDash orders. They seriously need to adjust their hours or hire whole new set of staff that actually wanna work. Or they could just tear this one down and stop labeling it as 24 hours when they don’t have the staff to do that.

  Would give service a 0 if I could. Food is fine… whenever they decide to serve people. I’ve STUCK at the drive thru ordering line for over 30 mins before. I only go because it’s close to work. They will put you on hold day or night for 20+ minutes. I’ve tried to talk to them from the drive through after waiting for what seems like forever and nobody will say anything. Makes you feel like you’re going crazy for yelling at the machines. Nobody even apologizes after basically ghosting you for half an hour. I’ve up and left the line multiple times because it’s ridiculous.

  The female manager on duty today (Dec 19 @ 2:40 PM) was incredibly rude. I asked for a fresh, made-to-order burger and told them I was happy to wait. Instead, I watched the kitchen staff dig through four trays of old meat to find patties that "looked fresh," threw them on the grill for two seconds, and lied to my face saying it was made to order. I ended up leaving without my food despite having already paid. To make matters worse, the location refuses to answer the phone. Avoid this place!

  My experience here yesterday was disappointing. At the intercom, the employee struggled to take my order, and when I pulled up to the first window, the cashier hadn’t entered anything into the system. I had to repeat my entire order, and even then, I asked for a meal but was only charged for the sandwich. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier snapped at me and insisted I never asked for the meal—when I clearly did. He refused to correct the order. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. The last few times I visited this McDonald’s, the bald man at the first window has had an attitude, and yesterday was the last straw. I asked for a manager at the second window, and she was helpful and fixed the issue after I explained what happened. However, if he is going to be the first point of contact for customers and consistently behave rudely, he should not be working the window. His attitude is unprofessional and unacceptable.
