  Went to get the advertised "Toasted Italian ", placed my order and paid, right after paying for my food I asked the cashier Lakeshia to make sure that they the sandwich makers didn't put mayo on my sandwich add Ranch instead, so she begin telling the sandwich maker, the sandwich makes an ugly face and says something under her breath- the cashier then comes back to me with an attitude and says, "the customer usually says whatever changes that need to be made is normally communicated before making payment ". I didn't realize there was a time limit to say how I wanted my sandwich to be made. Also, my sandwich wasn't toasted. I didn't have time to wait, was on my lunch break. In closing, I will NEVER come to this location. The Cashier and Staff were rude!!!!
