Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes in drive through just to get a drink that was completely wrong. I highly recommend not going to this location.

This is now the third time that I have placed and paid for a mobile order, drove up during operating hours, and been told through the speaker that they were closed with no explanation. It is extremely frustrating to go through the process to try to get a refund. If it's going to be a problem so often it better be easier. I have been going to this location nearly every weekday, but I'm tired of dealing with this. I won't be back. Plenty of other breakfast options.

The establishment’s performance has been consistently unsatisfactory. While the drive-thru attendant, the barista with curly hair, and the person responsible for delivering and stocking donuts demonstrated commendable service, the overall experience was marred by incompetence and poor management. The sandwich maker’s lack of proficiency and unprofessional demeanor were evident. She made a rude remark, “What she said,” while displaying eye-rolling and neck-popping gestures. Her attitude was further compounded by her inability to read or her laziness. It is unclear whether her failure to read the prep tag or her reluctance to retrieve the correct cheese pack from the cooler were the primary issues. The manager’s inaction was equally concerning. She remained seated at the counter, engrossed in her phone, while the workers were busy and others complained of long wait times and having to have items remade themselves and letting us know they had been waiting long periods. This behavior was witnessed by myself and my colleague, who had to enter the establishment after not 1 but 3 total mishaps with her food and mine. We endured a 30-minute wait for a remake of the sandwich that was not prepared correctly not ONCE but TWICE. The manager only intervened after I asked her to seeing as there was two previous mistakes on my order alone and 1 mistake on my colleagues along with an extra 30-minute wait not including the wait we had at the drive thru for the initial order. The drive-thru attendant, however, performed her job satisfactorily. Her prep tag clearly indicated to use white cheddar cheese. It is disheartening to observe the decline in the establishment’s quality after several visits.

I go here often and I have always had fast serve, friendly people, clean environment and overall an amazing experience. But I also just have to rave about my experience today. It was a tough day and the lady working was just above and beyond being kind. The donuts and coffee tasted the best due to her kindness. Blame my stressful week of day. Either way I am grateful for her kindness and amazing service. I’m sad I didn’t catch her name to say thank you to her specifically. I was on my way to UAB to sit with my Dad who just had open heart surgery so her kindness did far more then she will ever realize.
