  The store staff failed to make my mobile order and I did not receive any of the items I ordered, including a reward I redeemed because I had to leave for work. The staff was extremely rude and complacent. They failed to make the order I placed well ahead or contact me about alternatives for missing inventory. They refused to fix this with a refund or make any meaningful effort to resolve the issue. They were all sitting in the lobby on their phones when I walked in and did not bother to check the mobile order I placed well in advance for pick up.

  I placed a mobile order at 5am and they was not open and I was told they was gonna open at 6:30

  manager came in late while line worker was opening doing everything by him self the manager told him to out chairs out in the lobby while he went into a different room nothing wrong with the line worker hes doin the best he can but the manager does the least he can

  Been giving the benefit of the doubt since the place just opened up recently but it seems consistent that it is not up to the Dunkin Donuts standard. Today picked up a Boston Crème but it clearly is not. They need to get better. And don’t blame it on the location for your limited selection

  Went in this morning for time preference it was 720 when I got into line and the lady working acted like she didn’t see me until she got all of her orders done which she had a lot then proceeded to take mine at 7:30 and I didn’t get my drink till 5 to 8 minutes after and I was the only order on the screen at the time since she had made all the orders before acknowledging me absolutely horrible for a company who just opened this location. I love my Dunkin’ Donuts, but if this is the service I will receive I will go to another location. Please do better.
