I haven't had a mobile order that has been fully fulfilled and I only order 2-3 items at a time. Getting a refund from Dunkin has been miserable as they require a manual email process which drags the refund out for weeks.
- JPJuliart PutriDec 17, 20251.0when we first walked in, there was an old man stand at the cash register busy with his phone and even didnt greet us or say something after some minutes. i was like waited for him until he said something to us. we took a while to think what we wanted, and decided to get half dozen of donuts. he didnt know how to put in the order then suddenly a young lady came to help us. but while i talked to that lady, that old man started to put the donuts in a box without asked me what i wanted and i saw him touching every single donuts with his fingers (remember he just touched his phone) eventho he used the paper but still his fingers touch the donuts and my craved for donuts suddenly disappeared. i told him can i choose what i want, and he started to throw back rudely 2 donuts and still with his finger touched the donuts, so good luck whoever will get those donuts. i ended up still bought that donuts bcz it was happened when i already paid that and dont know what to do next with this donuts.
