    Went to this location today for the first time and ordered caramel latte and I feel absolutely sick. As if something wasn't clean or maybe spoil. Hopefully i don't need to see a doctor. On top of that they were rude and I was the only one at the drive thru and he was rushing me.

    When did DD start charging $1.64 for a pup cup? I have been frequenting this location for almost 4 years. The coffee is usually decent, and they are typically friendly. In the four years I've been going to this DD, I have never been charged for a pup cup... Until this morning. I know it's a small thing, but small things matter when it comes to customer service.

    Went to this location 2 hours before they closed and proceeded to tell me that they’ve thrown away all the donuts and after we left processed to lock the doors. Never saw an establishment close 2 hours early before 0-10 do not recommend

    I went this morning with my mom, and I suppose we caught the drive through worker on a bad day because the moment we pulled up he was rude. When my mother turned to ask me what I wanted he screamed "Anything else?" Through the drive through mic. Then snapped at my mom when we pulled up to the window. Our drinks were okay and food was good however I personally will not be back here based on the behavior alone.

    This location is awful. Poor customer service, and extremely poor order accuracy along with poor food quality. I suggest if you want your order to be correct to go to the Sweeny hollow location where they actually speak English.
