We order pizza every Friday night and Domino's is our go-to we have never had a complaint about our order. I typically use the app because apps are easier and quicker. A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with our order (first issue ever) due to an app glitch , I reached out to Domino's and explained my issue and the most polite gentleman called me back today. I explained to him that I wasn't trying to complain I was just simply wanting to make them aware that this had happened and that we hold no one at fault as nobody messed our order up and no one was rude to us but he went above and beyond. He offered to replace my pizza free of charge whenever I get ready for it. By the end of the phone call he was thanking me for being so understanding because in a world of apps and reviews, complainers and Karen's I knew it was a simple glitch. So if you find yourself in Domino's Pizza at 2446 Old Springville road in Pinson Alabama be sure to tell Jacob he is doing a wonderful job! Keep up the good work! Oh and don't forget your parmesan cheese bites people they are the best things ever 🤤

Not even a squirt of hand sanitizer? come on now. Very unsanitary. Yall were being entirely too loud for no reason. All that yelling was unnecessary.
