Finally after patiently waiting almost an hour I called them and they told me they hadn't even finished the order yet!! We are a medical clinic with a very specific time for lunch. It is not optional. When placing our order I did communicate that to the rep on the phone taking our order. She assured me we would have it on time. So I agreed to pay a 20% tip for what I hoped would be expedited delivery. Now we have only 20 minutes of our lunch left and no pizza!! Pretty damn disgusted with the service!! I will NOT trust Dominoes ever again nor will I place another order with them EVER again! Their service is dishonest!!
